Beginner Step – Introductory classes that provide the concepts and basic moves for step success. Focus is on proper form, technique and terminology. For beginners – very basic. This is a prerequisite to any of our step classes. – 45 minutes
Cross Step – Hi/Low aerobics and step. This class has it all. The best of cardio combined. 45 minutes of step intermixed with hi/low aerobics. Finish with floor work and stretch. Fun and effective! – 60 minutes
Double ST AND Quad ST – Want to try a different type of step class? That is it! Basic step class using MULTI benches instead of one for a fun and challenging workout. Double ST uses two benches and QUAD ST uses four benches. NO complicated moves! Includes muscle toning and AB work.
Hi/Low Aerobics – Designed to maximize the benefits of cardiovascular conditioning using low and high impact moves. The exciting class is designed to give you a workout with the best of both worlds in mind! Complete with strengthening exercise for the thighs, buttocks, and abs. For all levels – 60 minutes
The Mix – This class has it all. Hi/Low aerobics and the step. The best of cardio-together! 45 minutes of step intermixed with Hi/Low aerobics. Finish with floor work and final stretch.
Step Aerobics – A low impact workout to burn fat while you tone and strengthen the complete lower body. Step classes utilize the motion of stepping up and down on a platform for aerobic conditioning. Choose your level by simply adjusting the height of your step. Includes floor work.
