High intensity total body workout! A combination of hi/low aerobics with martial arts and the fundamentals of boxing, jabs, uppercuts, kicks (no contact) and basic athletic movements. Focus on cardiovascular endurance, strength, speed, agility and balance. Powerful abdominal exercises too. – 60 minutes
