Group Training

Want big results? Group Training will spark your interest and revitalize your routine. Choose from programs like, Elite Fitness, Average Joe 12 Week program, and many others. Training is progressive so each week you build on what you did the week before. Groups are limited to eight people so there’s plenty of individual attention to go around. These programs require separate fees and are not included with membership.
